2026 Northwest District Annual Recognition Dinner

Event Details

WHO- Registered Scouters, spouses, and supporters of Scouting in the Northwest District (Providence County, Blackstone, and Uxbridge, MA). Please no youth. 


WHAT - An annual dinner held by the Northwest District to celebrate the achievements of our volunteers throughout the year.


WHERE - Twelve Acres - 445 Douglas Pike,Smithfield, RI  02917

  • Please check in inside the banquet hall entrance.
  • Parking is available at the venue. Please park in the lot and avoid spaces marked "reserved".

WHY - This is the best opportunity to recognize our fellow Scouters and supporters of Scouting for their awards and accomplishments of the past year. We will be recognizing the recipients of the District Award of Merit, George Bucklin Award, and our "Of the Year" and Training Awards.


WHEN - May 13th, 2026

Check-in begins at 6:00pm

Dinner and program begin promptly at 6:30pm. Event ends by 8:30pm.


HOW - Register is required. Registration closes May 8th.

COST - $60 per person

A plated dinner will be provided along with a cash bar. When registering, please provide your preference between the three options, and let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Business formal or Scout uniform. Past awardees are encouraged to wear their award ribbons and medals.
