Scouting Day at the State House

WHO - Any registered Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturers, Sea Scouts, or Explorers in Rhode Island.
WHAT - Each year Scouts from around the state gather in Providence to attend the General Assembly and share their Scouting experiences with their elected officials. Scouts and parents will be escorted to attend the legislative session and be recognized on the floor of the House and Senate. You'll also get to hear from some of our very own Eagle Scouts who now serve in public office. It's a great opportunity for Scouts to learn about state government and show off all we do!
WHERE - Rhode Island State House, 82 Smith Street, Providence, Rhode Island
Scouts will check in with our staff under the rotunda inside the capitol. Please proceed through security to the central area under the dome.
Families are asked to find parking along the street or in a nearby public lot or garage.
