This is a training required for Cub Scout and Webelos Leaders to take their packs camping. At least one person on the campout must have completed this training. The training will cover all basic Cub Scout skills including setting up camp and staying in a tent overnight. Participants must also complete a portion of the training online at www.my.scouting.org before registering for the in person portion of the course. There is a fee of $20 to take this course and that covers the cost of meals.

Please note that there needs to be a minimum of 6 adults registered for this training to hold it and the course has a maximum number of 25 participants. The minimum and maximum amount of participants are in place to make sure that our volunteers get the best possible training experience. Registrations will remain open until the Sunday before the course and if it is cancelled registered participants will receive an email notifying them that it was cancelled.
