Keystone Capital District Fall Camporee

Event Details

Get ready for an unforgettable weekend of adventure, fellowship, and fall fun at the 2026 Keystone Capital District Fall Camporee, happening Friday, October 16 through Sunday, October 18 at Hidden Valley Scout Reservation.  This year’s theme features Jamboree-on-the-Air (JOTA), the largest Scouting event in the world. Scouts will have the chance to connect with fellow Scouts and amateur radio operators across the globe while working on the Radio Merit Badge and learning the power of communication through amateur radio.

The weekend will also include religious services with both a Catholic Mass and a Scouts’ Own Service available. All participants are encouraged to attend the service of their choice.

When the sun goes down, the fun continues with the Haunted Woods, featuring trick-or-treating and campsite activities throughout the camporee.

Scout troops are encouraged to invite Arrow of Light Cub Scouts to attend with an adult and experience the excitement of a troop camporee firsthand. It’s a great opportunity for these older Cub Scouts to get a preview of the adventures waiting for them in Scouts BSA.

Just $8 for Scouts, $4 for adults, and $2 for volunteer staff. Registration increases to late pricing on October 2, 2026.
