Advanced Cub Leader Training

Advanced Cub Leader Training is an comprehensive program designed to equip den leaders and Cubmasters with advanced skills and strategies to enhance their leadership roles within the Cub Scout pack. This course delves into and expands upon Den-specific and Cubmaster-specific training, emphasizing pack planning, activity coordination, and the orchestration of hallmark events like the Blue and Gold Banquet and Pinewood Derby. Participants will engage in hands-on learning experiences, collaborative discussions, and practical application exercises to deepen their understanding and refine their leadership capabilities.

Participants who successfully complete the course will be trained in Cubmaster, Den Leader and Committee Member Specific trainings.
