Chester County Council Merit Badge College at Archmere Academy

A SCOUT MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSION 1 (Nov 14, 2026) AND SESSION 2 (Feb 20, 2027)

The scout will register only for the first session but must attend and actively participate in both sessions to complete the selected Merit Badges. The classes you select will be worked on during Session 1 and will be completed during Session 2. There may also be additional work outside of class to finish all requirements. The break between sessions will give Scouts the necessary time to complete the requirements assigned as homework, or that cannot be completed in a classroom setting.

Scouts must register AND submit their completed Scoutmaster Approval Form (see attached) within 2 weeks after they register. See the attached program guide for details.

Check-in begins: 8:00 a.m.

Lunch is not provided as a part of this event.  Scouts are encouraged to bring a bagged lunch, or they may purchase lunch as an add-on on this registration for either or both weekends. ($10/weekend)

This is a CLASS A event. All Scouts and Scout Leaders should demonstrate their Scout Spirit in word and deed.  Please wear your field uniform. 

Scouts have an opportunity to earn up to 4 Merit Badges. Prerequisites will be available with registration.

Period 1 - 9:00 - 10:30am

Period 2 - 10:30am - 12:00pm

Lunch/Break 12pm-1pm

Period 3 - 1:00pm - 2:30pm

Period 4 - 2:30pm - 4:00pm

Dismissal 4:00pm
