Chester County Council Cub Camporee (C5)

Join us for "C5- Chester County Council Cub Camporee"
Cub Scout Fun Day, May 3rd - 4th at Camp John H. Ware 3rd.
All Cubs are invited to Mt. Ware, playground of Heracles, for the adventure of skills building and having fun. Highlights of the day will include Fishing in Poseidon’s River, Archery Lessons in Appollo’s Grove and Dutch oven cooking demos in Hestia’s tent. Learn life-saving skills such as First Aid, fire building and knot tying. But don’t forget to visit the Olympic Games where cubs will compete with heroes.
Later in the evening epic tales of heroic deeds will be told around the campfire. Packs are welcome to camp overnight or stay for just the day. Cost for individual Cubs is $30 and $25 for adult leaders. Included is Saturday lunch and dinner in the Pantheon (Camp Ware’s dining hall). Guests who plan on spending the night will receive provisions for Sunday morning travel. Packs can register at Chester County Council - Chester County Council Cub Camporee (C5) or by using the QR code.
Sign up as a Pack and stay in one the Camp Ware’s sites or as a family and camp in the field. Site assignments for Packs will be first come first serve. You will need to provide your own tents.
The C5 Gods of Mt. Ware are enthusiastically waiting for your RVSP.
Check-in and camp setup starts at 8am on Saturday. Activities will run from 10am on Saturday to 10am on Sunday. Families are invited to sleep over Saturday night. Saturday Lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast are all included in the fee.
Youth registration fee includes a patch. Adults who want patches must order them separately.
