Octoraro Lodge 22 is hosting a ski trip to Shawnee Mountain’s Scout Ski Weekend on Sunday March 8th, 2026. If you are interested in joining this fun fellowship opportunity to hang out with your fellow OA brothers on the ski slopes, this is your chance!

To participate in this fun fellowship opportunity, you will need to take the following steps:

1. Purchase your discounted lift tickets, and if needed, rentals and lessons directly from Shawnee Mountain via the link noted below. Note you will need to complete the preregistration form to be able to access and purchase items that you will need. At the end of the preregistration form you will be taken to a link that will allow you to purchase your tickets, lessons rentals etc.  If you have issues please DO NOT CONTACT our lodge, you need to contact Shawnee Mountain Group Sales.  While completing the form please use the following information (if needed)

   3. NOTE ALL SCOUTS MUST WEAR A HELMET PER SCOUTING AMERICA RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN SNOWSPORTS.  If you do not own a ski helmet you MUST RENT a helmet and wear it while on the slopes!

   5. YOU MUST PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS RENTALS ETC ONLINE DIRECTLY FROM SHAWNEE MOUNTAIN, WE CAN NOT PURCHASE THEM FOR YOU!
2. Once you have successfully completed the purchase of you lift tickets etc. please complete the registration on here to let us know: 
   1. If you need transportation or will meet us at the mountain. 
   2. If you are an Adult and can assist with providing transportation
3. Please complete a Part A and Part B Scouting America medical form and bring with you to turn into Tom Savoy. The form can be found here: https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/ahmr/

We will ski/snowboard until 3:30PM and depart from the resort at 4:00PM
