Susquehanna Council invites you to attend Wood Badge 2026, the ultimate leadership training program for adult leaders of Scouting America.

Wood Badge is for all leaders (Cub Scout, Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouts, Council, District, and Youth over 18) in Scouting America. The course content and leadership principles introduced apply to all leadership positions and will provide a common foundation of leadership skills to be used throughout all program areas.

Qualifications
Each participant in Wood Badge training must be a registered member of Scouting America, have completed the required basic training courses for their Scouting position, and complete the Annual Health and Medical Record form.

Attendance: All times and dates listed are required to successfully complete the course. There will be no make-up sessions.

Dates & Locations:

• Aug. 14-16, 2026   (3 Full Days – 8 a.m. Friday to 5 p.m. Sunday) at Camp Karoondinha
• Patrol Meeting between weekends online
• Aug. 22-23, 2026   (2 Full Days – 8 a.m. Saturday to 5 p.m. Sunday) at Camp Karoondinha

Costs

• Participants-- $275 before 3/31/26; $325 after 3/31/26. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for registration.
• Staff-- $125 before 6/1/26

By registering for this event, I understand attendance at both weekends is mandatory and is required for certification.  Additionally, I am a registered Scouter and understand I must have completed the basic training for my position in Scouting before the course begins.
