Cubs in Camp

 Check-In: 8:00–8:30 AM
 Opening Ceremony: 8:45 AM

Get ready for a spooktacular day of Cub Scout fun at Camp K! Cubs in Camp is a Halloween-themed adventure packed with exciting activities for registered Cub Scouts and their adult leaders. Costumes are encouraged—just make sure they’re scout-appropriate to keep the fun safe and friendly!

Camping Info:

Scouts and leaders are welcome to camp Friday and/or Saturday night, but camping is not required to participate in Saturday’s activities.

Activities Include:

BB Guns & Archery (Lions will participate in an alternate activity in lieu of BB Guns) 

STEAM Projects - Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math

Jamboree on the Air (JOTA) - Talk to Scouts from around the country and the world on HAM radios

First Aid Skills - Learn some basics!

Crafts

Spooky Trail

Cracker Barrel (with hot dog & chips!) on Saturday evening

Campfire Program

Cost:

Youth: $15 (includes activities, materials, snack, event patch, and cracker barrel meal)

Youth: Cub Scouts that have joined since July 1, 2026 attend for FREE!

Adults: $10 (covers event patch and food)

Staff: $10

Please bring a bagged lunch—lunch is not provided.

Who Can Attend:
Registered Cub Scouts and their adult leaders. Scouts will be broken out by rank and not together as a pack due to range and target activities.  Please make sure that your unit provides appropriate leadership.

All new cub scouts for 2026 will have the cost covered as part of your membership.

Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Forms for each youth and adult present, parts A and B only.
