Join us for our upcoming Wilderness First Aid Course!  Wilderness First Aid is designed for scouts and scout leaders, outdoor enthusiasts and anyone who works or spends time in remote environments, this course teaches advanced skills to be used in emergencies when help from professional first responders may be far away. This training is required for a trek at any of the Boy Scouts of America High Adventure Bases.

This course will be both a CPR/AED and Wilderness First Aid certification course. The CPR/AED training will take place on Friday evening.  Saturday is a full day of training to complete the Wilderness First Aid course. Both the CPR/AED and the Wilderness First Aid trainings are individual certifications that each last for two years.

This training will be held on Friday March 1st and Saturday March 2nd.  Friday evening will be the CPR/AED Training from 7-11PM.  Saturday will be the Wilderness First Aid training from 8AM - 10PM.  You will be responsible for providing your own lunch on Saturday.  Dinner will be provided on Saturday. Please also come prepared with your ten essentials and a water bottle.

All participants of this course must be at least 14 years old and hold a current CPR/AED certification. 

If you do not hold this certification, you are required to register for Wilderness First Aid & CPR/AED Training

If you do currently hold this certification, you will only need to register for the Wilderness First Aid Only portion of this training held on Saturday. You will be required to bring proof of your CPR/AED Certification to the training.
