Position Specific Trainings equips both Pack and Troop leaders with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in their roles. These sessions will help leaders understand program goals, safety standards, and best practices so they can deliver a fun, engaging, and meaningful experience for youth. Having trained leaders will strengthen your units, support fellow volunteers, and ensure your unit runs the way it’s meant to be.  Safe, Effective, and Impactful. 

During this workshop we will offer Den Leader & Assistant Den leader, Cubmaster & Assistant Cubmaster, and Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster Trainings. Each of these trainings are scheduled for 4 hours.   

We are also offering a membership consultant training for any of our members who want to learn more about how to support our packs and troops during their sign up events.  This training will last about an hour starting at 9am.  

Event Schedule

8:15-8:45 - Registration 

8:45am-9:00am - Opening

9am-1:00pm Course Trainings

          9am-10am - Membership Consultant Training

          9am-1pm - Position Specific Trainings, Den Leader, Cubmaster, Scoutmaster

We understand these trainings can be hard to come to with kids at home.  We will have an option to bring your young scouts and we will have activities for the during the time you are in your class.  We ask you register them so we are able to prepare for the number of youth that will be attending.  Thank you.
