Langundowi De-Un-Da-Ga Pow-Wow

Sign up to assist with hosting the Lodge's biggest fund raiser of the year, and enjoy a weekend of Native American traditions and festivities.
The De-Un-Da-Ga Pow wow is an celebration of Native American culture, hosted by Langundowi Lodge, and organized by a group of Native American hobbyists.
The Lodge is responsible for collecting the gate fees, providing for the physical arrangements, and handling any necessary arrangements at camp. In return we operate the only food booth, provide picnic tables, and fire rings. The monies earned from these activities are what the Lodge uses to help fund camperships and service projects at camp.
This is a family event, you can bring the family, camp, and enjoy the weekend. In return for you "unselfish service" there is not entrance fee. Members of your family are welcome to assist and they are waived the fee as well.
Youth can assist with collecting registration fees, helping rent tables and fire rings with fire wood, maintaining the latrines, and assisting with rearranging the dining hall in the event of inclement weather that forces the dancing tot he dining hall. Adults (18+) can help by manning the griddles and deep fryers in the concession stand. A few youth are needed to assist as food runners and order takers.
You can arrive on Friday and stay till Monday. The actual pow-wow is on Saturday and Sunday. Registration help is needed from noon on Friday,a nd clean-up assistance is needed on Monday.
