The OA Member Number is your BSA ID number (on your OA membrship card, your BSA membership card, or your My.Scouting account).  YOU MUST HAVE THIS NUMBER

This is where you will enter Medical Concerns, allergies, emergency contacts, etc.  This is also where you have the option to purchase a lodge flap.

If you are paying for more than one member, you need do this for each participant.
