OA Lodge Leadership Development (LLD)
LLD (Lodge Leadership Development)
Lodge Leadership Development is the primary training program for local lodges, providing lodge leadership with the skills needed to plan and run a successful lodge program. The LLD program is designed to equip lodges with the tools to stimulate creative ideas and develop lasting solutions that will enable and enhance growth.
We will be hosting an all-day training session. Continental/light breakfast and refreshments will be provided. Attendees should bring their own lunch. If you have dietary restrictions, please indicate them during registration.
There is no cost for this event. This is a training event, and we want to encourage all youth and adults in the lodge to attend this fantastic training and growth opportunity.
What to Bring
Scouts will need to bring a copy of the BSA Annual Medical and Health Review (AMHR) Parts A&B with them to the event.
Scouts should bring a small notebook and writing instrument for notes. All other materials will be provided.
Scouts can optionally bring a water bottle, but juice/soda/water and other light refreshments will be made available.
