Welcome to the Hawk Mountain Council, 2024 Spring Merit Badge Day registration page.

We will have an exciting day for our Scouts BSA members to earn select merit badges.

There are two sessions on Saturday an AM session and a PM session, one badge per session can be taken.

The Welding Merit Badge will be a full badge session..  

Things to bring with you:

• BSA Health Form Parts A & B.  It can be found on the Attachment List for this event
• Blue cards for each merit badge you are taking signed by your unit leader.
• Lunch

Cost: 

• $10 each for AM and PM merit badges. 
• $35 for full-day Welding merit badge.

Saturday: (May be subject to change)

• 8:00-8:45 AM - Registration
• 9:00 AM - AM Session Begins
• 12:00 PM - AM Session Ends
• 12:00 PM Lunch
• 12:30 PM - PM Registration
• 1:00 PM - PM Session Begins
• 4:00 PM - PM Session Ends

• Salesmanship - pre-requisites #6, #7
• Genealogy - pre-requisites #2, 3, 4c, 5, 6, 7
• Signs, Signals and Codes - pre-requisites #7, 8, 9, 10
• Crime Prevention - pre-requisites #2, 4, 6, 7, 9d

Saturday PM Badges:

• Communication - pre-requisites #2a, 5, 6, 7
• Salesmanship - pre-requisites #6, #7
• Genealogy - pre-requisites #2, 3, 4c, 5, 6, 7
• Signs, Signals and Codes - pre-requisites #7, 8, 9, 10
• Entrepreneurship - pre-requisites #3, 4, 5, 6
• Truck Transportation - none

Saturday Full Day Badges:

• Welding - pre-requisites #7, *must be 1st Class and at least 14 years of age.  If this program is full please send to Michele Bement your Scout's name, age, and rank and they will be put on a wait list.

Cost

• Cost of each Merit Badge is $10, except Welding which will be $35
