2025 Multi-Council Planning Conference

Camp Dawson, Kingwood, WV

Join us for the 2025 Multi-Council Planning Conference.  This is a great opportunity for your council to get together and develop a plan, while networking and learning from other professionals from over 20 councils.  We offer some general sessions based on important updates, along with SPARK sessions to help your staff learn about specific skills to help them improve service to your council.  The conference fee is $180 per person, with a $100 deposit per person due upon registering.

The conference fee covers rental of the conference rooms, and general meeting areas, AM and PM snack breaks (Tuesday and Wednesday) and meals Monday dinner; Tuesday breakfast, lunch and dinner*; Wednesday breakfast, lunch and dinner; and Thursday breakfast). * Councils may chose to go off site for dinner on Tuesday evening.  There are options in Kingwood and the surrounding area. Morgantown, WV and Oakland, MD are about an hour away.

Council Management Teams may arrive on Sunday.  Meals are not provided, but there are options in Kingwood, or the Liberty Restaurant may be open.  If the Management Team is arriving on Sunday, their conference room may be available. Please confirm early use of the conference room via email to Michele Brenneman. 

Hotel accomodations--All hotel rooms are single occupancy rooms.  The room rate is $75/night. All hotel rooms must be booked through the Camp Dawson Event Center.  A limited number of suites are also available for an additional fee.
