NOAC 2018

Event Details

The 2018 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) will be held July 30 to August 4, 2018, at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

What is NOAC?

NOAC is a gathering of Order of the Arrow members from every Order of the Arrow lodge across the country and around the world.  NOAC is a huge party, a chance for lodges to compete against one another, a chance for lodges to show off what makes them special, and a chance for youth and adult Arrowmen to participate in world-class training that they can bring back to help grow and strengthen their lodges, chapters, units, and communities.

How can I attend NOAC?

Attendance at NOAC is limited.  Allohak Menewi Lodge has only been allocated 34 youth contingent spaces and 11 adult spaces. 

Youth may register first come, first served. Once space is full, a waitlist will be started.

Adults may use this registration to express interest in attending. Adults will be selected to actually attend based on criteria to be determined by the lodge executive committee.

How much does NOAC cost?

Current estimates put the cost of attending NOAC at $650.  This may change and lodge fundraising efforts may help offset a portion of this cost.

  • First Payment - $100.00 due October 31, 2017.
  • Second Payment - $100.00 due November 30, 2017
  • Third Payment - $150.00 due December 31, 2017
  • Fourth Payment - $150.00 due January 31, 2018
  • Final Payment - $150 due February 28, 2018

This price includes all NOAC fees (conference, housing, meals), transportation to and from NOAC, and lodge memorabilia (patches, t-shirts, more!)

Travel to and from NOAC

The lodge will coordinate transportation for contingent members to and from NOAC via charter bus.

Departure - Leave Fairhill Manor Christian Church (351 Montgomery Ave. Washington, PA 15301) parking lot at 7:00 a.m. on July 30, 2018, to arrive at Indiana University around 1:00 p.m.

Return - Arrive at the Fairhill Manor Christian Church (351 Montgomery Ave. Washington, PA 15301) parking lot at approximately 4:00 p.m. on August 4, 2018. 

Will I need a BSA Medical Form?

Yes, all attendees will need a current BSA Health & Medical Record parts A, B, and C.
