The 2022 Membership Growth Conference will be held at Flag Plaza, 1275 Bedford Ave., Pittsburgh, on December 3, 2021.  We will be gathering at 9:30 AM, with the session to begin at 10:00 AM.  The day should conclude at 3:00 PM, with lunch provided.  A virtual option will be available as well.

Topics covered include: Spring and Fall Recruiting; Program Transitions (AOL-Scouts BSA; and Scouts BSA-older youth programs); New Unit Deelopment; Buildling a District Membership Team; and Exploring in your district.  There will be discussion opportunities, along with working sessions to develop an implementation plan for your district, and identify who can assist you in the process.
