Fall 2021 NCAP Short-Term Camp Administrator Training **POSTPONED**

Event Details

To meet the new NCAP guidelines, starting in 2021 all one, two, or three night events must be overseen and signed off on by a trained Short-Term Camp Administrator. LHC also requires this for all single-day outdoor events.

Short-Term Camp Administrators learn about how to oversee events using the National Camp Acceditation Standards. This includes learning how events are approved, planned, assessed, and closed-out when they are done.

This training will be a full day. Participants must be present for the entire training to be certified. There will be breaks, however, they will not be long so we recommend participants be prepared.

When/Where: 

  •  Cancelled due to lack of registrants - Saturday, November 13, 2021 - Zoom
    • The Zoom link will be provided to everyone registered on Friday prior to the training
  • Postponed to a Spring 2022 date TBD - Saturday, December 11, 2021 - In person - Uptown Works, 109 E Main St., Somerset, PA.

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Cost: $60

This training certification is valid for 2-years.
