Annual winter adventure for Scouts BSA members in Chestnut Ridge and Keystone districts!

The event will cost $7.00 for each youth and $3.00 for each adult.  Webelos can visit with the Troop and receive a patch.  Fee for Webelos is $3.00. On January 11th, on-site check-in will start at 7:45 AM and opening will be at 8:30 AM. After the events, an awards ceremony and closing will take place at 4:00 PM.

Each patrol should plan lunch with their troop. Lunch will not be provided, and no concession stand will be operating. Note that no open campfires will be available for lunch. Troops may tailgate and use Coleman stoves if desired. The dining hall will be used as a warming station for the event.

Note there is limited water at Camp Seph Mack in the winter, and troops should plan
accordingly.

Camping Troop overnight camping is not planned as part of the derby. Troops wishing to incorporate overnight camping into the event should contact Michele Brenneman (michele.brenneman@scouting.org) at 814-471-1090.
