Important Reservation Information - Please Read Thoroughly

Reservation Timeline

• Units can make their initial 2024 summer camp reservation until February 15, 2024 by providing a flat $100 unit deposit and an estimated number of youth and adult campers. These deposits are non-refundable if a unit should decide to cancel. Deposits will be applied toward overall camp fees due and will not be able to be "rolled" to future years.
• February 16, 2024, full registration opens for units to begin confirming attendees, adding attendee information, and begin making payment. Previously paid unit deposits will show as an "unallocated credit" that can be applied to attendees.

Campsites

• Campsites will be set with equipment to the capacity listed in this system.
• LHC reserves the right to reassign campsites based on capacity, usage, or other factors as determined by camp leadership. 

Registration will lock out 7 days prior to the start of camp.

This session includes an option for Webelos/Arrow of Light Scouts only to arrive Thursday for an extra day of Webelos Specific program. Any adult attendees coming the extra day will have to fully register with the BSA because the session is longer than 72-hours.
