In order to advance through the Scouts BSA program, Scouts must complete merit badges. Camp Guyasuta understands the importance of making sure that requirements are met and the Scout understands the information presented.

Scouts taking a merit badge class are required to talk with their Scoutmaster regarding the badge and receive a signed Blue Card to bring to class.

**Must bring long pants, a water bottle, and closed shoes.

*Bring a blue merit badge card with the scoutmaster's signature

*Please bring BSA medical form with you on the day of the badge

Climbing Merit Badge

Scouts will utilize our climbing wall while learning tips and tricks from veteran climbers. Scouts will learn proper placements of hands and feet to properly ascend and descend walls. A particular emphasis on safety and caution will be central to this class.

The cost is $40

Cancellation Policy

Merit badge classes book quickly and Camp Guyasuta has a firm no refund policy. Check your calendars accordingly. Attending class on both dates is required to earn badges. If you miss the second day, the cost will not be prorated
