Thank You for registering for the Laurel Highlands Council Recognition Luncheon. This is our annual event where recognize our scouts that have received any of the Lifesaving Awards and Recognitions, volunteers who have been nominated and voted to receive the Distinguished Commissioner Award as well as the Silver Beaver Award which is the highest honor a council can bestow upon a volunteer.
