Join the brothers of Allohak Menewi Lodge 57 for a weekend of fellowship, service, and great food at Heritage Reservation.  Event attendance is open to lodge members from all chapters.

Individuals called out for Order of the Arrow membership have the opportunity to complete their Ordeal.  Ordeal participation is limited to the first 60 registrants.  Ordeal candidates must review the attached Ordeal Candidate Information sheet. -->

Eligible members will have an opportunity to complete their Brotherhood conversion if interested. Brotherhood candidates must review the attached Brotherhood Conversion Information Sheet. -->

Cabin space is limited so attendees should be prepared with a tent.

All participants 18 years old and older will be required to present the following documents in hard copy in order to attend. Failure to provide the following documents will result in you being asked to leave the event:

PA Mandated Clearances 

1. ​​Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check
   • Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance
   • FBI Fingerprint clearance OR Resident Volunteer Verification Form (must have lived in the state of Pennsylvania for 10 consecutive years or longer to be able to use the RVV). 
   • ​​BSA Annual Health and Medical Record 
2. Copy of current youth protection 

All participants MUST be registered with the BSA in order to attend any Order of the Arrow Event. 

NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19, NO INDOOR SPACES WILL BE AVAILABLE. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TENT FOR THE WEEKEND. 

YOU WILL BE SCREENED AT CHECK-IN. PLEASE WAIT INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL YOUR TEMPERATURE HAS BEEN CHECKED. IF ANYONE IN THE VEHICLE HAS A TEMPERATURE, THE ENTIRE CAR MUST RETURN HOME, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Individuals requesting special dietary accommodations must contact Lodge Commissary Adviser Joel Erickson (contact information below) at least one week prior to the event to discuss needs.

Cost (Until 9/15/2020 at which the price will increase by $10):

$25 = Current Lodge Members

$40 = Brotherhood Candidates

$50 = Ordeal Candidates

$0 = Current Lodge Members serving as Elangomats
