Complete against the lodges Section NE-4B as we explore the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Join the brothers of Allohak Menewi Lodge 57 August 29th at Camp Conestoga for the annual Section NE-4B Conclave!  This year's theme is "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter." Our lodge has been sorted into Slytherin House.

This event will have stellar shows, lodge competitions, patch trading, and training cells to help your troop and lodge. This event is open to all members of the lodges of Section NE-4B.

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Check-in begins at 7:00 a.m.

Location: Camp Conestoga

Host Lodge: Wagion Lodge

Cost: $35 per person which includes:

• Event patch.
• All conclave related programs.
• Grab and Go Lunch and dinner. no breakfast will be available.
• 2 Allohak Menewi delegate flaps and 4 trader flaps.
• A t-shirt for anyone registered by July 24. T-shirts are not available for anyone registering after July 24.

Important Conclave Information:

• All participants must provide a current BSA Health & Medical Record Form Parts A & B during check-in.
• Upon arrival at Camp Conestoga, all attendees must report to the health lodge for a temperature screening. Anyone registering a temeprature above 100.3 degrees will not be granted access to Conclave. The Camp Conestoga health officer(s) determination is final. Once temperature has been cleared, a wristband will be issued and access to camp will be granted.
• Any time someone leaves camp, for any reason, they must resbumit to a temperature screening upon their return.
• Masks will be required when social distancing does not allow for distances of at least six feet. Each attendee must provide their own mask.
• Each attendee must bring their own camp chair.
• The Camp Conestoga main office will be off limits to attendees.
• The valley shower house and bathrooms below the dining hall will be the only facilities accessible during the event.
• All attendees must leave Camp Conestoga by 7:15 p.m. Saturday.
