Hello Chief Guyasuta District Members!!

I am writing on behalf of the Membership Committee to let you know we will be having the Membership Kickoff Picnic on August 13th. It will begin at 6:30pm with hot dogs and s’mores around the first at the Piedmont Pavilion at Camp Guyasuta. We will begin promptly at 7pm. We will be discussing two main things: What does it look like to recruit adults into your program? and What do you need to create a great recruiting atmosphere as we begin our fall programs?

I have two asks of you:
*Please coming with the answers to the following questions in mind:
        What are your school’s flyer policies?
        When is your Open House/Back to School Night?
        What day is your unit’s Join Night?

Please plan on attending this evening. I will keep things moving and make sure you leave with great ideas and information from the council. If you can’t make it, please designate someone from your unit to attend.
