District Alliance Workshop

Dear Scouting America Volunteer,
We are excited to invite you to an upcoming District Alliance Workshop, where volunteers from across our council will come together with a shared purpose — to strengthen and grow Scouting in every district we serve.
Event Purpose:
As dedicated Scouting volunteers, we understand the critical role each of you plays in building strong programs for youth. One of our most pressing shared goals is to recruit more volunteers and grow Scouting consistently across all districts. This workshop is designed to equip you with practical tools, ideas, and collaborative strategies to make that goal a reality.
What to Expect:
Proven methods for volunteer recruitment and engagement
Sharing of best practices from other districts
Interactive planning sessions
Opportunities to build alliances and foster collaboration
Clear, actionable steps to take back to your units and communities
Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or a newly involved volunteer, your voice and experience are essential. Together, we can ensure that every young person has access to the opportunities Scouting offers — supported by a strong, inspired volunteer base.
