When paying your OA online, the following information is needed for each individual to help keep lodge records up to date:

• Name
• Address
• Email Address
• Phone
• Birth Date
• Age Group (Youth Under 18, Young Adult 18-20, Adult 21+)
• Gender
• Honor (Ordeal, Brotherhood, Vigil)
• Ordeal, Brotherhood, or Vigil dates if known (optional field)
• BSA Member #
• For anyone aged 18+ -  current Youth Protection Training Date.
