Session 1 8:40- 9:30 - BCS102 - The Unit & Membership Renewal Process
By the end of this session, each participant should… • Understand the unit and membership renewal process • Support units in preparing for unit and membership renewal • Know the consequences of not renewing on time
Session 2 9:40 -10:30 - BCS111 - Commissioner & S.A.F.E. Scouting
At the end of this training, a commissioner will be able to: • Understand the safety measures in place • Know the resources for guidance • Understand the reporting instruments
Session 3 10:40-11:30 - BCS119 - Building Relationships
Learning objectives: • Discuss the top ten characteristics people seek in positive relationships. • Explain one way to measure relationships • Explore possible mistakes that can harm relationships • Explain how to rebuild a damaged relationship
Session 4 11:40 - 12:30 - BCS125 - Commissioner Culture
By the end of this session, a commissioner will be able to: • Describe Commissioner Culture • Recognize how culture can connect groups of people toward a common goal • Explain the importance of Commissioner Connections • Discuss the role of roundtables in Commissioner Culture
