2025 CST-13 Leadership Lab: Spring Training!

The 2025 CST-13 Leadership Lab invites Scouters, both volunteer and professional, to step into the world of Spring Training, where the focus is on honing skills, strengthening teams, and gearing up for a winning season in Scouting America. Through an inspiring keynote session with Glen Pounder (Chief Safeguarding Officer of Scouting America), dynamic break-outs, and great networking, participants will gain valuable insights and practical tools to ensure every Scout’s journey is a grand slam.

The Leadership Lab will foster relationships, grow networks, and build the camaraderie that turns a good Scouting team into a great Scouting team. Program participant (and leader) safety is always a paramount focus. With a mix of serious learning, break-out sessions, and engaging team-building, the event promises to energize Scouters, infusing fun and passion into growing and safely delivering the Scouting program for the coming season.
