WILDERNESS FIRST AID IS A 16- TO 20-HOUR COURSE FOR THOSE WHO ARE INVOLVED IN SERIOUS WILDERNESS ACTIVITIES. THIS COURSE IS THE CHOICE OF MANY WILDERNESS TRIP LEADERS AND GUIDES.

THERE IS A 16-PERSON MINIMUM NEEDED TO RUN THIS COURSE.

CPR IS NOT A PART OF THIS COURSE. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE CPR BEFORE ATTENDING BUT NOT REQUIRED. BSA HIGH ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES REQUIRE A CURRENT CPR CERTIFICATION.

This course is being held at the Council Service Center in King of Prussia, PA.  Some of the course may be outside, weather dependent, for part of the training. Please dress appropriately. 

Pack your own lunch. Snacks will be provided at the training. 

You must attend both days to be certified.

There is a maximum of 24 participants per course.  If you are registering more than one participant, please provide a separate e-mail address for each participant.
