Calling all Continental District Boaters!

It's time to start planning and building your cardboard boats for our Cardboard Regatta!    

Continental District will be hosting at Lake Delmont, Musser Scout Reservation on September 30th, 2023!

Each patrol and AOL den will need to meet together to plan and build their cardboard boat prior to this trip. We recommend not be building boats during Troop meetings, rather as a patrol activity.

The boats and paddles can be built with the following materials only:

• cardboard
• paper
• string
• glue
• duct tape (FOR SEAMS ONLY) 
• paint/Varnish

Boats will be judged on creativity, durability, and speed in the race. 

*Remember the scouts in your patrol's boat must have current BSA swimmer status.
