2. Certificate of Completion to Cub  

Scouts. Coinciding with the Philadelphia Free Library’s Summer of Wonder
program, Scouts are certain to have a fun time.

District Merit Badge Counselors will contact Scouts for an initial meeting to review requirements and set meeting schedules. Most importantly of all, counselors are ready to help Scouts earn this badge in a fun and engaging way.

Need to collect: Scout Name, BSA No, Troop No/District, Email Address
