This year’s lab is designed around the S.T.E.P.S. of leadership development: Service, Training, Engagement/Membership, Planning, and Support/Finance. Through dynamic breakout sessions and hands-on workshops, you will gain the practical tools needed to elevate your unit's program and guide your Scouts toward their own summits.

Dan will share his inspiring story of perseverance and discovery from his 3,400-mile walk across the country.
