NOAC 2027 – National Order of the Arrow Conference

What: The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the flagship national Order of the Arrow event. It is held every 2-3 years at a major university campus and is attended by as many as 8,000 Arrowmen from all 50 states. It is second only to the National Scout Jamboree in size and scope. Our largest conference was in 2015, attended by more than 15,000 Arrowmen to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Order of the Arrow. 

When: July 24th - July 31st, 2027

Where: University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (Champaign, Illinois)

Estimated Cost: The estimated cost for this event is $1,300. There is a very likely chance that this cost is lowered due to fundraising efforts. We will determine a final cost and payment schedule after our contingent has been registered. 

What do you get?: This includes the NOAC fee, transportation costs, a contingent t-shirt, exclusive Wagion NOAC patch sets, lodging during travel, meals before NOAC, and any other associated costs with side trips (ex. amusement park ticket, etc.)!

Registration Deadline: Initial deposits of $200 are due by November 7th, 2026. The next payment will be due by December 26th, 2026.

Cancellation Policy: Once the lodge has registered a member for NOAC, the spot is locked and nonrefundable. Therefore, in the case of a cancellation, we cannot guarantee the cancelee will receive a full refund. The only way a full refund is possible will be if the cancelee can find someone to take their spot and the new contingent member pays the cost in full. 

If this cannot happen, the cancelee will not receive a full refund. They may receive a partial refund of, up to or equal to, the costs charged by the lodge. These costs are associated with transportation, lodging, apparel, etc. The amount of this refund cannot be determined until the final cost is established, and it will greatly depend on the date of the cancellation. No refunds will be possible after June 1st, 2027.
