Thank you for serving on the Executive Board of the Bucktail Council!  As we navigate the next 5 years for the Bucktail Council, I am cordially requesting your attendance at our upcoming Board Retreat that will be held on Friday, January 13th (starting at 6pm) – Saturday, January 14th (ending by 4pm).  If you are unable to make the entire conference, I would encourage you to attend as much of the Saturday portion of the conference as possible.  We will have breakfast at 7:30am on Saturday with the conference to begin at 8:30am.  Lunch will be served on Saturday.

We have 3 goals for the conference:

Socializing – We will be to get to know each other a little better on Friday night with snacks and refreshments. 
Training – Part of Saturday will be spent training.  Learning what being a board member is all about.
Strategic Planning – The remainder of Saturday will be spent on developing a strategic plan for the council.
