      Range and Target Activities

Due to a recent incident involving Range and Target Activities,Scouting America is directing an immediate safety stand-down across all councils and National High Adventure Bases.

Effective immediately, all Range and Target Activities must be suspended at Camp Minsi.  Due to this we will have to cancel Marksmanship Madness.  We will be working on getting everybody a refund.

This action is being taken out of an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of all participants and staff.  Our National Safeguarding Youth Governance Committee will be convening shortly to review the incident and determine the appropriate path forward.  We will provide further guidance on the resumption of Range and Target Activities following that meeting.
