We are looking for youth and adults to a part of an incredible opportunity for MInsi Trails Council. From Wednesday, March 18 to Sunday, March 22 the council will have a presence at the Lehigh Valley Auto Show at Stabler Arena on the Lehigh University campus. We are in need of adult and youth  volunteers to staff an informational booth for the entirety of the show and a Pinewood Derby Area on Saturday and Sunday. The schedule would be as follows:

Informational booth

Wednesday, March 18  4pm-8pm with set up at 3pm  needed at least 2 adults with a maximum of 4 adults per shift and at least 2 youth with a maximum of 6 youth per shift

Thursday, March 19   a total of 3 shifts 10-2, 2-6, and 6-8 same perameters as stated above

Friday, March 20   a total of 3 shifts 10-2, 2-6, and 6-8 same perameters as stated above

Saturday, March 21  a total of 3 shifts 10-2, 2-6, and 6-8 same perameters as stated above

Sunday, March 22  a total of 2 shifts  10-130 and 130-5 the second shift will be responsible to help take tear down the booth

There will be a professional staff member will be present at all shifts.

Pinewood Derby area

CUB SCOUTS ARE WELCOME WITH ONE PARENT AND BOTH WOULD BE CONSIDERED VOLUNTEERS AND SHOULD SIGN UP AS SUCH. 

ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR THEIR SCOUTING UNIFORMS

ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL RECEIVE AN EVENT PATCH AND IF THEY ARE THERE DURING EITHER LUNCH OR DINNER THEY WILL BE GIVEN A MEAL
