Fall to Spring Program Planning Meeting 2025

At Moraine Trails Council we have a need for creative and fun-loving volunteers to bring their talents and organizational skills to the table and help bring the programs for all of our youth to the next level. We encourage all volunteers to join us at Camp Bucoco as we get things moving on our Council Events from now until the end of Spring in 2026.

This meeting will focus on the following events for next year.

Fall Camporee (Oct 3-5)

Fall Family Camp (Oct 17-19)

District Holiday Dinner (Dec 10)

Klondike Derby (Feb 7)

First Aid Meet (Mar 7)

District Pinewood Derby (Apr 5)

Spring Family Camp (May 15-17)

For each of these programs we will be working on developing the following.

• Event theme, name, and overall aesthetic
• Basic event structure (scheduled stations, open program, hybrid)
• activity brainstorming
• Event Location (if applicable)
• Event key staff (event chair, vice chair, station area heads
• Staffing requirements (adults and youth)
• Event backdated timeline

Please be sure to register prior to attending so we can have a head count for lunch.
