The Juniata Valley Council, Scouting America is pleased to announce Matt & Tiffany Stuckey as the recipient of the Joseph and Suzanne Paterno Community Impact Award to be presented on October 1, 2026, at the Wyndham Garden Conference Center in State College.  Proceeds from the dinner will provide programming and support to more than 1,500 young people in Centre, Blair, Huntingdon, Mifflin and Juniata Counties.
