Scouting’s Fundamentals of Training 2 is designed for experienced Scouters who have already taken the online Fundamentals of Training course and are ready to deepen their skills in delivering effective, engaging instruction. This course prepares leaders to train others within their unit, district, or council by focusing on advanced presentation techniques, learner engagement, and practical facilitation strategies. Participants should attend if they want to confidently step into training roles, strengthen the quality of Scouting instruction, and help build a stronger, better-prepared volunteer community.

Prerequisite: Take part 1, Fundamentals 1 Online Science of Training, at my.scouting.org.

Please bring:

Proof of Fundamentals Training 1 taken online. 
Notepad and writing instrument
