Get ready for a great Cub Scout year! This free in-person Cub Scout Leader Position-Specific Training is designed to help leaders start the program year with confidence, ideas, and practical tools for success. Whether you are a Cubmaster, Den Leader, Committee Member, or a parent considering a leadership role, this course will help you understand how the Cub Scout program works and how you can create an exciting experience for Scouts and families.

Participants will explore program planning, youth development, safety, advancement, and delivering engaging activities through interactive discussions and guidance from experienced Scouters. Leaders will also learn about valuable resources available to support them throughout the year, including CubChat Live, Scoutbook Plus, recruiting support, advancement tools, and fall planning resources.

Come meet other Cub Scout leaders, build your network, learn where to get help, and leave with resources you can use immediately in your Pack and Den. See the attached Participant Information Guide for additional details.
