• Five-day, field-based Leave No Trace (LNT) Level 2 Instructor Course (formerly Master Educator Course)
• In-depth training in LNT skills and ethics, with practical, hands-on methods: discussions, scenarios, demonstrations, and activities
• Graduates are certified to teach LNT Level 1 Courses, Skills Courses, and Workshops

Who

• Adults 18+ with a passion for outdoor ethics and teaching LNT

Participant Requirements

• Mixed field and classroom course—bring personal camping and outdoor gear for tent camping, (backpacking if registration is high enough for second group), and outdoor cooking activities
•  Appropriate clothing for indoor and outdoor settings 
• All meals and educational materials provided; participants supply their own camping and personal gear 
• Must be currently registered in Scouting America.
• Must also be current in Youth Protection Training & Weather Hazard Training
• Scouting America Medical form (Parts ABC) signed by a physician.

Class Size

• Limited to 10 participants (minimum of 6 required)
• Second class may be added if demand and instructor availability permit
