Using My.Scouting Invitation & Application Manager + Successful New Member Onboarding

You’ve spread the word, and families are starting to inquire about your unit—now what?
Learn how to effectively use Invitation & Application Manager to follow up with leads and register new members. This session begins with what to include in your BeAScout PIN and covers best practices for managing leads and completing registrations for both youth and adults.
Required: Please bring an electronic device you can use to access your my.scouting account, and be sure you know your login information. Participants should make sure they have correct permissions to access their units Organization Manager, Invitation Manager & Applications Manager. (This means be registered in a Key3 Position, as the New Member Coordinator or be assigned a functional role of Key3 Delegate.)
