A free in-person Cub Scout Leader Position-Specific training class that will be a fantastic opportunity to get your Cubmasters, Asst Cubmasters, Den Leaders, and Asst Den Leaders their required training in time for Unit Renewal!. The training encompasses a range of topics, including understanding the Cub Scout program, fostering positive youth development, planning and executing engaging activities, promoting safety and well-being, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Through a combination of workshops, practical exercises, and guidance from experienced leaders, participants gain insights and tools to guide and mentor scouts in their personal growth, character development, and exploration of the outdoors.
