Join Us for a Weekend of Stewardship at Butte Creek!
Help get the Ranch ready for the upcoming summer season! Our Camp Stewardship Weekend is your chance to give back, tackle meaningful projects, and be part of the team that keeps camp in top shape. Whether you can stay for the whole weekend or just join us for the day on Saturday, your help makes a big impact!
Stay Overnight or Come for the Day!
- Whatever fits your schedule.
- If you’re staying overnight, please remember that all overnight adults must be registered members of Scouting.
Food & Hospitality
- We’ve got you covered! Meals are provided on Saturday, along with evening snacks and a continental breakfast on Sunday. Please eat dinner before arriving on Friday.
- Platform Tents & Cabins avaliable.
Lend a Hand & Make a Difference!
- From clearing trails to repairing facilities, there’s a project for everyone—no experience needed!
- If you have special skills in construction, mechanics, HVAC, or other trades, please contact us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
What to Bring
- Personal gear (if staying overnight)
- Toiletries
- Rain gear & work clothes
- Work gloves & sturdy shoes
- Water bottle
- An appetite for good food and fellowship!

- Morning – Check-in for day volunteers

Sunday
- Continental breakfast
- Clean-up & departure
