Step into the boots of pioneers, outlaws, and sheriffs as you test your skills in exciting Wild West-themed challenges, team up for frontier-style competitions, and experience the thrill of scouting in a whole new way. So dust off your cowboy hats, grab your time machines (and your camping gear), and join us for an unforgettable weekend of scouting, history, and adventure! Will you survive the Wild West? Annual Health and Medical Record Forms
Each participant needs to bring with them their Annual Health and Medical Record, parts A and B completely filled out. Make sure the unit number is on the form.

Important food allergy information
Allergies per National Food Allergy Guidance policy: Individuals with Food allergies will need to work with their unit leaders, and family in providing their own food, food storage separately while at the event, and for travel purposes.

Cost
The registration fee for adults and youth is $10 if you sign up by April 11, 2025. From April 12 to April 18, 2025 (when registration closes), the fee increases to $20. Staff members must also register, but they can do so for free.
