All Scouting families and alumni are invited to join us at Camp McLoughlin on Lake of the Woods from July 3rd to July 5th. You can attend for a day, stay for one or two nights in your tent, or opt for a cabin or A-Frame rental. On July 4th, you can enjoy watching fireworks from the beach, and the waterfront will be accessible throughout your stay. It's important to note that families are responsible for their food, and if there are fire restrictions, fires and cooking with charcoal will not be permitted at the camp.

For Cub Scout families, there's a range of activities, including waterfront access, fishing, hiking nearby trails, visiting Lake of the Woods resort, and even exploring Crater Lake National Park.

For Scouts BSA and older participants, additional activities such as the Zip Line, Axe Throwing, and Zip Lining at the nearby Crater Lake Zip Line are available. They can also enjoy fishing, swimming in the lake, and exploring the nearby trails.  For the adventurous, you can hike to the top of Mt. McLoughlin.  The council mountain bikes will also be available to rent.

Here are the costs:

•              $5 per participants five or older

•              $15 per tent per night for up to two people

•              Cabin rental (without water): $25 per night for a two-bed cabin - camps up to 2

•              A-Frame rental (sleeps five, includes bathrooms with showers and a microwave): $75 per night camps up to 5

Please be aware that cooking over open flames is prohibited in all cabins; smoking, alcohol consumption, and personal fireworks are not permitted.
