בַּמִּדְבָּר (Bamidbar) is the original name for Numbers, the fourth book of both the Torah and Old Testament, detailing Israel’s desert trek led by Moses to the Promised Land of Abraham in The Greatest Story Ever Told.

Planned Time Schedule and Itinerary: Saturday, May 11th, 2024
8:30am-8:45am. Start: Holy Family Cathedral. We will have a gathering quick breakfast- Chick Fil A.
8:45am-9:00am. A brief word about the hike, the book of Numbers, and a prayer to commence the start of the event.
9:00am- 10:00am. Tour Holy Family Cathedral learning about Roman Catholicism, Peter & Paul, and the early Christian Church. Commandments 1-3
10:00am-10:30am. 0.6 mile hike to Boston Avenue United Methodist Church taking approximately 13 minutes.
10:30am-11:30am. Tour Boston Avenue United Methodist Church learning about the Protestant faith, John Wesley, and Methodism. Commandments 4-7
11:30am-12:00pm 1.0 mile hike to B’nai Emunah Synagogue taking approximately 20 minutes.
12:00pm-1:00pm Tour B’nai Emunah Synagogue learning about the Jewish faith, the Maccabees, and Yamin Tovim (Jewish holidays). Commandments 8-10
End: The event should be over no later than 1:30pm in the afternoon totaling 5 hours.
